The NAPE Micro Messaging Academy | June 24-26, 2025
The Micromessaging Academy combines the power of micromessages and research-grounded strategies to build educator capacity to create learning environments where every student succeeds and has an education that prepares them to earn a thriving wage. Supported by the Moody Foundation, this collaboration between E3 Alliance, NAPE, and Central Texas school districts aims to improve student attendance, engagement, academic performance, and career outcomes.

Leading for Emergent Bilingual Success | June 3-4, 2025
A special NAPE program for Central Texas School Districts made possible by E3 Alliance and the Greater Texas Foundation, that provides research-grounded strategies to increase student self-efficacy and performance in school, increases awareness of the messages we send through policies and procedures, community engagement, supervision, and interactions with students, as well as the scope of change necessary to build learning environments where every student thrives.

2024 Blueprint Summit | September 18, 2024
For educational leaders with a burning desire to improve systems, The Blueprint for Educational Change Annual Summit is one of the largest, most faithfully attended convenings of PK-16 educators from Central Texas. Attendees:
- Explored fresh regional education data.
- Sparked creative ideas to engage students.
- Forged impactful collaborations towards transformative changes in education systems.
The Blueprint for Educational Change is our region’s strategic plan to build the strongest, most equitable education-to-workforce pipeline in the country to drive economic prosperity and set students on a pathway to success in college, career, and life.
