Leading for Equity
The National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE) works with educators to create equitable learning environments where every student can thrive and is prepared to earn a living wage.
Leading for Equity provides a framework for action to address equity in policies, procedures, internal supervision, communication, and community engagement.
In September 2021, participants joined the virtual session to:
- Realize the scope of the changes necessary to create equitable learning environments
- Adopt an asset-based mindset to build community and ensure student voice
- Consider processes for uncovering and addressing root causes of inequities
