Blueprint Specialist

Classification: Full Time

E3 Alliance is looking for a full-time Specialist to support the Blueprint team in facilitating systems change in education, focused on the early learning space. They should have a strong background in Pre-K to 12 education and have experience working in education systems and/or closely aligned community supports. The specialist will support several key initiatives of the organization focused in the Pre-K to 5th grade space, most notably Early Education and Early Literacy. They will also play a supportive role in our work extending to secondary, post-secondary, and workforce. The Specialist will have the responsibility to increase regional capacity to maximize student equity and outcomes through achieving Blueprint’s 5-year objectives. The Specialist will work with the Blueprint team and with regional school district partners, cross-sector partners, and community members to implement data driven initiatives and/or strategies.

Development Manager

Classification: Full Time

E3 Alliance is looking for a full-time Development Manager to establish and implement short and long-range fundraising goals and objectives for our corporate and individual major donor campaign strategy for organizational revenue generation and sustainability. This position will serve as lead major gift officer for corporate and individual major donor investments for E3 Alliance’s philanthropic strategy. Organizational fund development elements include: donor acquisition and fund-raising events, annual giving and major gifts from individuals and corporations, and processes and systems for effectively managing investments in E3 Alliance. Supporting efforts include staff training, donor stewardship, gift entry and acknowledgement, database management, and donor research. This role reports to the Vice President of Investor Development.

Senior Director of Research

Classification: Full Time

This position’s primary purpose is to work with the E3 Alliance Executive Director and other E3 staff to set the strategic direction for research and analysis; design, develop and maintain data and information resources; design, project-manage and oversee research projects and complex data analytics; and produce and disseminate meaningful and relevant analyses, reports and data representations for the internal and external work of E3 Alliance and The Blueprint for Educational Change to influence stakeholder decision-making, practice and policy.
