E3 Alliance policy and education experts hosted legislators and staff for a lunchtime opportunity to engage in a conversation that highlighted putting policy into practice, (SB 2124 and HB 8), and the work that remains to create a Talent Strong Texas.
The conversation focused on:
- SB 2124 impact on College Career and Military Readiness
- HB 8 impact on driving economic mobility; and
- Teacher retention patterns to inform promising policy that will address our teacher shortage crisis.
