E3 Alliance Development Specialist

Classification: Part-time
Direct Supervisor: VP of Investor Development

E3 Alliance, a nonprofit focused on systems change in education, is looking for a part-time Development Specialist to support E3 Alliance’s Development Team with our fundraising efforts in the areas of data and grants management. This is an excellent opportunity for mid-level professional who is interested in improving equity in the Central Texas education system and how fundraising supports systems change.

The Development Specialist should:

  • Be passionate about advancing equity in education and supporting students
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Have demonstrated the ability to organize and coordinate calendars and schedules for a variety of internal and external meetings and events
  • Be a strong team member, contribute to a positive work environment and work collaboratively to achieve individual, team and organization objectives
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom
