Development Specialist

Position Description: E3 Alliance Development Specialist
Classification: Full-time
Direct Supervisor: VP of Investor Development

E3 Alliance, a nonprofit focused on systems change in education, is looking for a full-time Development Specialist to support E3 Alliance’s Development Team with our fundraising efforts in the areas of donor database management, social media campaigns, and grants management. This is an excellent opportunity for mid-level professional who is interested in learning how fundraising supports systems change in improving education equity in the Central.

The Development Specialist should:

  • Be passionate about advancing equity in education and supporting students
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Have experience with Donor/Customer Relationship Management databases, including data entry and report generation
  • Ability to multi-task in a small team environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Be a strong team member, contribute to a positive work environment and work collaboratively to achieve individual, team and organization objectives
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom

Development Manager

Position Description: E3 Alliance Development Manager
Classification: Full-time – Professional -Exempt
Direct Supervisor: VP of Investor Development

E3 Alliance, a nonprofit focused on systems change in education, is looking for a full-time Development Manager to establish and implement the fundraising goals and objectives for our corporate and individual major donor campaign strategy for organizational sustainability. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced development professional interested in improving equity in the Central Texas education system and its correlation to fundraising.

The Development Manager should:

  • Be passionate about advancing equity in education and supporting students
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Have demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of major individual donors/investors
  • Ability to lead a corporate engagement strategy to deepen broad based support
  • Be a strong team member, contribute to a positive work environment and work collaboratively to achieve individual, team and organization objectives
  • Be highly proficient in Donor Management System (preferably DonorPerfect) and Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom

Executive Assistant

Position Description: Executive Assistant
Classification: Full Time
Direct Supervisor: Executive Director

E3 Alliance, a nonprofit partner of Austin Community College (ACC), is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to support E3 Alliance’s Executive Director and Leadership Team to support day to day operations of E3 Alliance. The Executive Assistant must be experienced in using common office productivity applications including Microsoft Outlook Email and Calendar, Excel, Word, Power Point, Office 365, Google Drive or similar applications and Zoom. They must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment where staff may be working in the office or remotely offsite. They must be able to work with a sense of urgency, professionalism and teamwork on a wide variety of activities in support E3 Alliance. They must be able to take direction, work independently and be resourceful in learning new things, performing job responsibilities, problem-solving, and maintaining confidentiality.

The Executive Assistant should:

  • Be passionate about advancing equity in education and supporting students
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Have demonstrated experience providing executive level support with meeting preparation, document approvals, travel arrangements, expense reports and other executive support tasks
