E3 Alliance seeks a full-time Development Associate to join our passionate and driven team. This support role is critically important for the success of the Development Team and E3 as a whole. The Development Associate provides proactive and responsive support to advance E3’s fundraising and donor relations efforts. The Development Associate provides administrative support for our VP of Development to help drive E3’s fundraising strategies, project coordination, data management, and development research.

Researcher

E3 Alliance Position Description: Researcher
Classification: Full-Time, Professional – Exempt
Direct Supervisor: Director of Research

E3 Alliance uses data and collaboration to change education systems so all students succeed. We
are nationally recognized for our passion and success in transforming education to improve equity and student
outcomes. E3 is hiring a researcher to conduct statistical analysis of large‐scale education data sets under the
guidance of E3’s Director of Research. E3’s Researcher will work with a collaborative team to execute our
research and analysis agenda to leverage data and drive action to address disparities and help every child reach
their potential. This is a dynamic position with responsibility for contributing to longitudinal research projects,
as well as hands‐on programming, data analysis, research, visual representations, and communication of
complex information related to student educational outcomes to influence stakeholder decision‐making and
policy.

Coordinator of Postsecondary Transitions and Success

E3 Alliance Position Description: Coordinator of Postsecondary Transitions and Success
Classification: Full-Time, Professional – Exempt
Direct Supervisor: Senior Director of Community Solutions

We are nationally recognized for our passion and success in transforming education to improve equity and student outcomes. This position’s primary purpose is to be a thought partner with community stakeholders and staff, setting strategic direction, working with a highly collaborative team to address disparities in postsecondary transition, and success in helping every student reach their potential. This is a dynamic position with responsibility for leading external and internal projects, grants, and initiatives related to identifying and removing barriers to student success within educational systems by using data and community wisdom to guide this work. In this work, there is a specific focus on impacting the systemic barriers faced by students traditionally minoritized in postsecondary systems: first-generation college-going students, Black students, Latinx students, students from low-income households, and young men of color.
