The Blueprint for Educational Change 2023 Annual Summit 

Every year, E3 Alliance hosts the annual Blueprint for Educational Change Summit, a day of sharing data, stories, and insights into where we are as a region and where we need to go.

For educational leaders with a burning desire to improve systems, The Blueprint for Educational Change Annual Summit is one of the largest, most faithfully attended convenings of PK-16 educators from Central Texas. Attendees:

  • Explored fresh regional education data. 
  • Sparked creative ideas to engage students. 
  • Forged impactful collaborations towards transformative changes in education systems. 

The Blueprint for Educational Change is our region’s strategic plan to build the strongest, most equitable education-to-workforce pipeline in the country to drive economic prosperity and set students on a pathway to success in college, career, and life.

Action Research: Transforming Educator Practice and Student Success

Action research gets results! Since 2018, Central Texas educators have used NAPE Micromessaging strategies to demonstrate impactful student outcomes. This interactive workshop examines the importance of action research and turning learning into educator practice to benefit every student.

Leveraging School Culture to Improve Attendance

Move beyond asking students how they are doing or why they are not showing up.  A positive school culture responsive to student needs will ensure students WANT to attend school daily. Advanced Math Pathways: Access for All

Shared Leadership: Increasing CCMR Student Outcomes and Funding

Shared leadership is a collective process that involves everyone. This session explores how a shared leadership process can increase College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) outcomes and funding. This form of leadership is collective with three main components—a shared space to engage around an aligned problem of practice, shared accountability, and shared commitment. Stop siloing and start sharing to transform CCMR outcomes for all students.
