The Strong Foundations Planning grant helps Local Education Agencies (LEAs) adopt or prepare to use high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). 

E3 Alliance can help your school or district set and create a subject-specific instructional framework in math or literacy. We align the vision and framework of your district’s larger strategic plan and ensure the right systems and structures are in place. 

The Strong Foundations Planning grant provides support to LEAs to:

  • Develop a strong instructional framework in math or literacy. 
  • Select new HQIM if LEAs choose to make a materials switch. 
  • Receive training to systems that effectively manage instruction at the district level.

Strong Foundations Implementation

The Strong Foundations Implementation grant provides funding to LEAs to implement HQIM effectively. Implementation also includes professional development for educators, coaches, and administrators.

E3 Alliance is a proud TEA-approved provider for Strong Foundations K-5 Strong Foundations Implementation (Options A, B, and C).
