Kaci Kai
Director of Communications
Kaci Kai is a multidisciplinary creative with experience in design and marketing for organizations of all sizes, from startups and nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies.
She previously served as the visual communications coordinator for E3 Alliance. In this role, she has collaborated on or led several major communications initiatives in the last four years, including the launch of the new E3 Alliance brand in 2023.
Prior to E3 Alliance, Kaci was then the Product Owner for wholefoodsmarket.com where she was pivotal in prioritizing the work between marketing and IT. She also served as the Senior Web Designer for wholefoodsmarket.com where she led the successful redesign, site migration, and user permission structure of wholefoodsmarket.
Previously, she served on the Austin Creative Reuse (ACR) board, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing waste by redistributing creative materials from landfills. She played many instrumental roles to grow Austin Creative Reuse. Today, ACR is the largest creative reuse center in Texas.
She is a graduate of Seth Godin’s altMBA, a leadership intensive for people who want to make a difference in the world. Since 2015, she has since coached and mentored more than 120 leaders through the altMBA.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in visual media with a concentration in journalism and a certificate in management processes from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
Priscilla Flores
Director of Policy
Priscilla has provided leadership and assistance across Texas to improve educator quality for almost 25 years.
Her experience stems from being a classroom teacher, campus administrator, and Gear Up state director, to serving as a senior policy advisor at the Texas Education Agency.
Prior to joining E3, she supported the Texas Center for Educator Excellence (TxCEE) in equipping educators to improve student achievement by aligning district resources and increasing educator effectiveness through leadership training, coaching, and instructional support. Priscilla’s background includes the development of education policy in the areas of educator recruitment, preparation, professional development, and educator evaluation.
She is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Kingsville where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in educational administration.
Michelle Huff Beck
Communications Coordinator
Michelle brings more than 25 years to the E3 communications team, supporting education for the last nine years in non-profit fundraising and as a PTA legislative volunteer. Her background involves launching a foundation, serving as executive director, co-owning a marketing and communications firm, and working as Director of Corporate Communications for five independent specialty corporations.
Michelle’s experience has spanned a wide range of industries, including corporate aviation, security, chemical, food service, oil and gas and legal seminar services.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University.
Gregory Killebrew
Communications Associate
Before E3 Alliance, Greg worked at the University of Texas at Austin’s College of Pharmacy as an Academic Program Coordinator. In that role, he managed the exam management system called ExamSoft.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from CUNY John Jay College.
Cam Trahan
Communications Coordinator
Cam joins E3 Alliance with experience in media relations, marketing, and social media. This award-winning journalist began her professional television career, which evolved to working in college athletics, professional sports, and higher education.
She’s a California transplant who is an active member of several professional organizations and is a three-time college graduate.
