Five Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) are participating in our two-year Peer Learning Network (PLN) to excel in continuous improvement strategies, dig deeply into data, set goals, and learn from each other about the shared real-world challenges of student enrollment, transfer, and retention in higher education.

Administrators, staff, and faculty from Austin Community College, Concordia University Texas, Huston-Tillotson University, St. Edward’s University, and Texas State University are launching into year two, working together to inspire innovation, change, and success through short implementation cycles and meaningful feedback exchange.

We thank Dave Bralower with St. Edward’s University for joining us this month at StriveTogether’s 2022 national convening to present his PLN experience. With an original target to increase transfer enrollment from Central Texas community colleges, St. Edward’s exceeded their goal for the 2022 spring and fall semesters. We look forward to more collective and individual successes as these IHEs adapt and gain insight from each other.
