we were told to align secondary, post-secondary, and career outcomes, with very little resources or guidance. Through the Math Alignment Taskforce, we’ve made more progress in the last four months than we have over the previous five years in aligning math pathways!

role as an independent data analyst and research broker in Central Texas. The data they share with our district and schools is actionable and allows us to work together to change outcomes for students

The 3D Growth

workshop’s value was in looking at the data through a growth lens, understanding the 3D charts, and time to reflect and plan with my team on vital areas that need improvement for our campus to make continuous growth to meet the needs of all our students

collaborative model for transforming regional education systems that we are fortunate to have in our own backyard. E3 Alliance gives us objective data we can believe in and use to drive change. In these times, NOTHING is more important as we strive for the educational success of every child.

Can you imagine

school districts across a region working together to marshal resources to solve important education issues? That’s what E3 Alliance has been doing successfully for more than 10 years.

The work that E3 does

is critically important. It helps us in designing new systems and ways of improving educational outcomes for all students.

 Nobody does data

for Central Texas students and for education better than E3. I think the data they provide is so valuable and so useful to everyone in the community, particularly the business community and the educators that without that we wouldn’t be nearly as progressive as we currently are.

E3 Alliance has been

an organization I feel like I can trust with my investment because I know that the initiatives that they create come from years of studying, researching and analyzing data on our educational systems.

We use E3 Alliance data

as our “holy grail” to help us define strategy. We can’t define the right strategy without an accurate read on the size and scope of the problems affecting Central Texas’ youth. Their research together with practitioner wisdom allows us to set the right path.

 If you want to get something done

you need the right people at the table. Wow! Susan Dawson and her colleagues at E3 know how to set a table and get people to show up, roll up their sleeves and do the work that needs to be done.

I am so grateful to work with

an organization that is grounded in the success of students and is passionate about supporting us as educators to do that work in the most successful, positive way possible.

and this community for 30 years and never seen excitement like this. I think we finally have the opportunity to make the changes we need to make.

 E3 Alliance has developed

the strongest objective data models in the state and designed a change process to positively impact education systems at scale.

Texas very much needs

to increase the percentage of our citizens who have graduated from college. If we want to enhance our regional economy then we really need to understand the importance of The Blueprint for Educational Change.

 We feel that

you can either invest in programs or help change systems. We work with E3 Alliance and The Blueprint for Educational Change because we believe we have to help change the systems in order to create the future we all want.

The Blue Print for Educational Change

provides us a strategic plan to coordinate resources and practices across school district boundaries, allowing us to think and act regionally.

Since The Blue Print for Educational Change

was launched, there has been a strategic effort to coordinate initiatives and bring programs together so that we can leverage resources and do even more to help students succeed.

 With The Blue Print, our community

has a comprehensive plan with common metrics, targets, and tracking that enable educators to make decisions based upon objective data.

Hispanics are the fastest growing

student population in our region and Central Texas student population is growing at twice the rate of the rest of the state and the state’s student population already is growing fastest than any other state in the nation. The Blueprint provides us a strategic plan to address the needs of all of our students.

One of the most exciting initiatives

that E3 has spearheaded is the creation of an amazing organization called Austin College Access Network, a great collective impact initiative that has allowed us to share common practices and build capacity. E3’s leadership and guidance and strategic insights have been critical.

 The Austin community

has set out boldly to move 10,000 people out of poverty and into middle-skill jobs. With their unparalleled connections to school districts and data on “what works” for our students, E3 is an essential partner to Workforce Solutions in making the Master Community Workforce Plan a reality.

The mission of the

My Brother’s Keeper Higher Education Committee, ACC and E3 Alliance align perfectly. The combined efforts to increase college success rates of Latino and African American males serve to target equity priorities affecting our most vulnerable demographic.
