Executive Director Awarded Nonprofit Leader Fellowship

Press Release
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Austin, TX — Friday, July 26, 2024 – Rockwood Leadership Institute (RLI) awarded E3 Alliance President and Executive Director Richard Anthony Tagle the esteemed 2024 PCI Power Building Fellowship.
“It’s very humbling,” said Tagle. “There are many highly skilled leaders in this area, and to be chosen for this fellowship is a great honor.”
Tagle will participate in the Prenatal To-Three (PN-3) and early childhood work cohort. As a leader in the PN-3 field, he plays a pivotal role in maintaining the health and wellness of young children, families, and communities.
The award comes in partnership with the Pritzker Children’s Initiative (PKI). PKI aims to build a robust national network of emergent and seasoned PN-3 leaders. This award, which follows Tagle’s 180-day milestone at E3, is a testament to his strong leadership. He joins a diverse cohort of 27 leaders who represent historically underinvested communities. This includes leaders who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, and/or have disabilities.
“I love what I’m doing with E3,” said Tagle. “Everything I do is not only for the good of our organization but also the good of everyone we work with and for. And by that, it affects the community in great ways.”
