E3 Alliance Announces Spring 2026 Susan Dawson Fellows

Four Fellows will lead projects to expand data accessibility, support school superintendents, and analyze the research services landscape in Texas.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AUSTIN, TX – February 13, 2026 – E3 Alliance, a nonprofit that combines data and collaboration to transform educational systems, today announced the Spring 2026 Susan Dawson Fellows: Jennifer Bernard, Soe Reh, Sholeh Moradibavi, and Samuel Burgazzi. The rigorous 10-week fellowship develops nonprofit leadership skills and honors E3 Alliance Founder and President Emeritus Susan Dawson. The fellows bring expertise in data analysis, UX design, and social work.

Operations Manager Emily Pickens, who coordinates the Susan Dawson Fellowship, said it’s the best part of her job.

“These four individuals bring a mix of experiences, skills, and perspectives to their projects, and I know they will have a real impact on educators and communities across Texas,” said Pickens.

Meet the Spring 2026 Fellows:

Jennifer Bernard: District Analysis Fellow

Bernard fell in love with analytical work and mathematical models while pursuing a dual master’s degree at The University of Texas at Austin’s School of Social Work and LBJ School of Public Affairs. The recent graduate adds that her background as a classical musician and educator “ignited her passion to understand how we can strive for excellence while remaining rooted in compassion and respect for our humanity.” As a District Analysis Fellow with our Center for Community Engagement, Bernard will refine and expand E3 Alliance’s Superintendent Engagement Workbook. She will collect new data, analyze lessons learned, streamline data fields, and enhance how superintendent priorities, engagement histories, and alignment opportunities are captured and visualized.

Soe Reh: District Analysis Fellow

Reh is studying management information systems at UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He applied for the fellowship “to gain hands-on experience working on real projects that create impact.” He is especially interested in using technology and data to improve education systems and student outcomes. As a District Analysis Fellow with the Center for Community Engagement, Reh will work alongside Bernard to help build on the Superintendent Engagement Workbook by refining data categories, improving data collection methods, and identifying opportunities for further collaboration and alignment.

Samuel Burgazzi: Data Animation and Visual Design Fellow

Burgazzi is a UX and visual design student graduating from Austin Community College this spring. Originally from Italy, he has studied in Europe, South America, and the United States, bringing a global perspective to his work. “I’m passionate about turning complex information into clear, human-centered visual narratives that support education equity,” he said. As the Data Animation and Visual Design Fellow with the Communications Team, he will create content, templates, and animations to facilitate rapid design production and support E3 Alliance’s ongoing effort to make educational data accessible and easier to understand.

Sholeh Moradibavi: Data Resources & Competitor Analysis Research Fellow

Moradibavi is a Ph.D. student in special education at UT Austin with a concentration in learning disabilities and behavioral disorders. Her research focuses on reading and literacy to improve academic outcomes for multilingual learners across content areas such as science and social studies. She has experience supporting survey design, assessment administration, and data collection. Moradibavi is working with Research & Data Systems as the data resources & competitor analysis research fellow to evaluate the competitive landscape for research and data analysis services in Texas. She will focus on organizations that provide data-driven insights for school districts and education partners.
