For the past year, our school transformation team has worked with educators in more than 30 schools across 14 districts in the state of Texas. Much of this work is part of the Texas Education Agency grant announced last summer to strengthen campus systems, build staff capacity, and improve outcomes utilizing TEA’s Effective Schools Framework. We are excited to share some celebrations!   

• 90% of schools partnering with our team have seen increases in their overall accountability rating.  
• 12 campuses produced 10- to 15-point gains in their overall accountability rating.  
• 16 schools advanced one letter grade rating or more.  
• 16 schools earned distinctions.
