During an E3 Alliance meeting with area leaders, Lindsey Leaverton became inspired by the alarming data involving students of color and the increasing equity gap when it comes to advance math courses and college graduation.

Greatly disturbed by this data, Lindsey instinctively knew she must do something. She turned to her musical roots and wrote a math rap, persuading corporate sponsors and popular hip-hop artists G. Galindo and SaulPaul to join her. Austin Mayor Steve Adler even made an appearance.
