The LASO Cycle 4 LIFT Grant and SI CISG will open opportunities for districts and schools to strengthen leadership

E3 Alliance brings trusted tools, extensive experience, and hands-on coaching to help your team move from planning to impact. We’re ready to support your goals from day one.

What is LASO Cycle 4, LIFT, and SI CISG?

LASO Cycle 4 is a Texas Education Agency (TEA) grant that funds districts and campuses to strengthen instruction, improve outcomes, and accelerate learning.

E3 Alliance is a Leadership and Instructional Foundation for Texas (LIFT) approved provider for LASO Cycle 4. The organization is also approved to support campuses that receive the School Improvement Curriculum and Instruction Support Grant (SI CISG).

LIFT is a three-year, capacity-building program. Through LIFT, approved providers like E3 Alliance help schools implement high quality instructional materials (HQIM) and build sustainable systems for success.

SI CISG is a one-year program focused on Title 1 school improvement and campuses identified for Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) or Additional Targeted Support (ATS). Through SI CISG, providers like E3 Alliance help schools adopt State Board of Education-approved HQIM in eligible grade levels. Providers also help improve curriculum and instruction in grade levels that do not yet have a State Board of Education-approved HQIM list.

E3 Alliance is also specifically approved to help school systems in the following areas of expertise:

  • Reading Language Arts HQIM:  Bluebonnet Learning Grade K-3 Foundational Skills, Bluebonnet Learning Grade K-5 Reading Language Arts (Edition 1)
  • Math HQIM:  Bluebonnet Learning Grade K-5 Math (Edition 1), Bluebonnet Learning Secondary Mathematics Grade 6-8 (Edition 1), Bluebonnet Learning Secondary Mathematics Algebra I (Edition 1)

LASO Cycle 4 offers a single application that supports:

  • Curriculum and Instruction
  • Education and Training
  • More Time (Additional Days School Year – ADSY)
