Executive Appointed to Propel Innovation and Community Engagement in New Leadership Initiative
Austin, TX — Thursday, October 24, 2024 – Richard A. Tagle, president and executive director of E3 Alliance, has been selected to participate in Leadership Austin’s inaugural LeaderLab pilot program. The unique initiative is designed to cultivate transformative leadership skills and address pressing community challenges through collaboration and innovation.
The invitation-only opportunity is for busy senior-level executives and seasoned leaders in the social sector. The program seeks community-minded executives who are courageous visionaries.

The Leadership Austin LeaderLab is committed to empowering local leaders to drive regional progress. Participants will engage in hands-on projects, network with influential community figures, and develop vital skills to enhance their leadership capabilities.
The program kicks off on Thursday, October 24, 2024, and will convene monthly. Session topics include Modern Leadership, Peer Problem Solving & Innovation, and a topic of the group’s choosing. The cohorts will also receive two executive coaching sessions and a Leading Better in the Workplace consultation.
Since joining E3 Alliance, Tagle has been busy exemplifying one of our core values: learning. He recently completed The EdRedesign Lab at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and is currently a fellow of the Rockwood Leadership Institute PN-3 Power Building Fellowship.
