Austin, Texas — June 24, 2025 — E3 Alliance proudly recognizes a new generation of inspiring leaders who exemplify our core values and drive progress within our community. These outstanding individuals, our 2025 “Torchbearers,” shine as examples of collaboration, innovation, and dedication—inspiring those around them to reach higher.  

Selected through a peer recognition process, this year’s Torchbearers reflect an unwavering commitment to E3 Alliance’s mission and culture. Their actions and leadership embody the spirit of excellence that drives our organization forward.

  • Amy Havard, Director of School Transformation — Data-Driven Award  
  • Emily Pickens, Operations Manager — Learning Award  
  • Nwando Clyburn, Community Engagement Manager — Relentless Award  
  • Katy Merriweather, Director of Evaluation — Equity Award 

This tradition, carried forward from last year’s honorees—Harrison Hopp, Kaci Kai, Christie Hepburn, Lauren Thomas, and Rodrigo Lopez—celebrates those who exemplify our core values and uplift others along the way.
