E3 Alliance Appoints Kaci Kai to Director of Communications

AUSTIN, TEXAS, SEPTEMBER 3, 2024 – E3 Alliance, a nationally recognized, data-driven education collaborative and solutions provider in Central Texas, announced today that it has appointed Kaci Kai as Director of Communications.

Ms. Kai previously served as the visual communications coordinator for E3 Alliance. She is a multidisciplinary creative with over 16 years of experience in design and marketing for organizations of all sizes, from startups and nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies.

“We are delighted to promote Kaci Kai to this position,” said President and Executive Director Richard A. Tagle. “She will lead our efforts to enhance our brand through strategic communications to ensure our message is clear and actionable.”

Since joining E3 Alliance in 2020, Ms. Kai has led several significant communications initiatives, including the launch of the new E3 Alliance brand in 2023, the attendance website, and data design for C-Suite leaders. Ms. Kai leads work on the new E3 Alliance website (set to launch in September 2024) and user experience research on data.e3alliance.org.

Prior to E3 Alliance, Ms. Kai served in web design and product owner roles for wholefoodsmarket.com. She played many instrumental roles as a board member to establish and grow Austin Creative Reuse, a nonprofit that today is the largest creative reuse center in Texas. Ms. Kai is also a small business owner of Krav Maga ATX, a self-defense studio.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in visual media with a concentration in journalism and a certificate in management processes from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. Ms. Kai is also a graduate of Seth Godin’s altMBA in 2015, a leadership intensive for people who want to make a difference in the world.
