E3 Alliance Announces Fall 2025 Fellows, Bringing High-Impact Experience to Contribute to Key Initiatives

E3 Alliance is thrilled to announce its Fall 2025 Fellows; a group that brings a powerful blend of skills in digital innovation, business strategy, educational research, and financial analysis.

Meet the Fall 2025 Fellowship 

AUSTIN, TX – October 6, 2025 E3 Alliance a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming education systems through data and collaboration, so ALL students succeed, is thrilled to announce its Fall 2025 Fellows: Angelica Jones, Eman Khan, and Hanyue Sha. This cohort of fellows brings a powerful blend of skills in digital innovation, business strategy, educational research, and financial analysis, all driven by a shared commitment to equity and accessibility. 

Meet the Fall 2025 Fellowship 

Angelica Jones: Digital Asset Fellow 

Angelica is leveraging her expertise in software development, digital design, and information management to streamline E3’s digital systems. With experience from General Motors, Spectrum, and Texas A&M University–Central Texas, Angelica specializes in digital platform management, branding, and storytelling to advance accessible, equity-driven communication. Currently pursuing an associate degree in graphic design at Austin Community College, she blends technology and creativity to ensure resources are inclusive and accessible. In her fellowship role, Angelica focuses on streamlining digital asset systems for greater organization and usability. 

Eman Khan: Donor Analysis Research Fellow 

Eman, an MBA student at Concordia University Texas, is focused on improving accessibility in education for students with disabilities through equity-driven business solutions. At E3, she applies her analytical skills to analyze donor data, providing insights that strengthen nonprofit strategies and donor engagement. Outside of the fellowship, Eman is active in Austin’s zine-making community, combining creative expression with strategic research to support her mission. 

Hanyue Sha: Grant & Financial Analysis Fellow 

Hanyue joins E3 as a Grant & Financial Analysis Fellow, bringing a strong academic background as a Ph.D. student in special education and a master’s student in quantitative methods at The University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on literacy and science learning among emergent bilingual students with and without disabilities. Hanyue’s goal is to connect research with practice, developing data-driven educational solutions for diverse learners. With experience coordinating nonprofits in the U.S. and China, she conducts detailed analyses of grant budgets and expenditures, helping ensure accurate, transparent, and realistic financial planning for future grants. 

“We are incredibly excited to welcome Angelica, Eman, and Hanyue to the E3 team,” said Emily Pickens, operations manager. “Their diverse academic backgrounds and professional experiences, coupled with their strong commitment to our mission, will be invaluable in enhancing our digital accessibility, strengthening our donor engagement strategies, and ensuring the fiscal responsibility of our grant programs. This cohort represents the future of data-driven, equitable nonprofit work.”
