Our Tiger Team is in the next phase of refining this unique student-to-workforce pipeline. With the Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA) and Make It Movement, we debuted a recruitment website and TV commercials.

We will continue to team up with public and higher education, industry, and government leaders to:

  • Design a regional Program of Study that is more aligned with industry needs.
  • Connect this to postsecondary credentials of value.
  • Ensure districts can meet accountability requirements and earn outcomes bonuses.
  • Study district staff capacity to serve as credentialed instructors

We have amazing career and training options right here in Central Texas. Please follow, like, and share our “Be Part of Something Big” social media posts.

Visit ARMA’s recruitment website for high school graduates seeking a pathway.
