Annual recognition ceremony held at internal quarterly meeting 

E3 Alliance is proud to announce the recognition of its remarkable internal staff as “Torchbearers,” individuals who lead by example and inspire their peers in our collective mission towards enhancing community goals. 

Recipients of the prestigious Torchbearer title exemplify E3 Alliance’s Core Values while empowering colleagues in the pursuit of shared objectives. This year’s honorees were selected through a rigorous peer recognition process, demonstrating a sustained alignment with our values and showcasing the true embodiment of our culture. 

The esteemed Torchbearers for this year include: 

  • Harrison Hopp, Director of Research, recipient of the “Collaboration” award. 
  • Kaci Kai, Senior Director of Communications, honored with the “Data-Driven” award. 
  • Christie Hepburn, Senior Director of Operations, recognized for her commitment to “Learning.” 
  • Lauren Thomas, Community Engagement Director, awarded the “Relentless” honor. 
  • Rodrigo Lopez, Director of Data Analysis, received the “Equity” award.
