Why E3 Alliance?
With a combined 160+ years of experience in Texas schools, the E3 Alliance team collaborates with district leaders to tailor our support to the unique needs of the campus community. Through this partnership approach, we will work with district leaders to facilitate the learning and processes needed to develop a math or literacy framework that guides future leadership decisions to sustainably improve literacy and math outcomes for their students.
Evidence of Impact
We have successfully led teams through strategic planning that improved math and literacy systems at the district and campus levels. Past long-term partnerships with districts have resulted in positive impacts from early childhood to postsecondary adults. The number of district and campus leaders who choose to re-engage with the E3 Alliance team year after year speaks to the quality of the professional learning, coaching, and support we provide.
