During the past school year, our school transformation team worked closely with district and campus leaders to complete year one of the Effective School Framework (ESF) grant. The framework trains leaders on how to develop sustainable systems that are clear and reflect positive, impactful environments focused on student success. Results from this work are in. In only one year, STAAR scores are up.

“Our team at E3 Alliance thoroughly enjoyed coaching educators and helping to rebuild their plans for continuous improvement,” said Chief Transformation Officer Lori Davis. “Being with administrators and teachers in person was rewarding on many levels, and now we continue that momentum as we move into year two of the ESF grant.”

The ESF grant strengthens campus systems, builds staff capacity, improves school outcomes, and continues implementation and improvement efforts. As a Texas Education Agency (TEA) Vetted Program, E3 Alliance is approved to assist Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in their selection of high-quality contracted services aligned with foundational essential actions within the Effective Schools Framework.

E3 Alliance tailors each partnership to meet the needs of the campus, and the students served, maintaining alignment with the prioritized levers of the TEA Effective Schools Framework. Our multiyear coaching and support process meets the unique needs of each learning community.

“This work is the system thinking we have been needing to take our school to the next level,” explained one school principal participating in the grant. While another expressed, “The coaches at E3 met our staff needs and are building their skills to improve our Tier 1 instruction, which has taken our classroom instruction to another level.”

This summer the team will coordinate with campus leadership teams to line up improvement goals for a strong start to the new school year. Lori and her team welcome new districts and campuses looking for a capacity builder for year two. To chat about your school needs, schedule a 30-minute conference here.
