Cara Clifford
Chief Financial Officer
Cara has over 25 years of experience in finance, information technology and management consulting. Prior to joining E3 Alliance, Cara was employed by Whole Foods, Dell Computers, Price Waterhouse in senior management roles and leading teams in developing business systems and processes.
Cara earned an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Robert H Smith School of Business and a bachelor’s in Business Administration and Accounting from Gettysburg College. She is also a licensed CPA.
Martha Ross

Senior Director of Finance
Martha is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of global experience in financial leadership, strategic growth, and accounting across diverse industries, including nonprofits. As the Senior Director of Finance, she is dedicated to scalable growth and operations optimization, having successfully led transformational initiatives to enhance finance and accounting teams in dynamic markets. Notably, Martha served as COO and CFO for a shell company that raised $230 million in an IPO, facilitating its merger with a European target company in the renewable energy sector to expand solar power in the U.S. Her extensive experience includes previous roles as CFO for the Housing Authority of the City of Austin and Hill and Knowlton Strategies, alongside progressive financial positions at Dell Inc.
A Texas Certified Public Accountant, Martha holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and a master’s degree in science in technology commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin. Martha combines technical expertise with visionary leadership to deliver impactful financial strategies that align with an organization’s mission and goals.

Jill Camba

Accountant
Jill has over 15 years of experience in a variety of industries including banking and nonprofit sectors. During tax season, Jill volunteers her time preparing tax returns for seniors and lower income individuals at Bell County community centers.
Jill has bachelor’s in Accounting and is completing coursework to prepare for the CPA exam.
