Presented by Dr. Josie Tinajero, Special Advisor to the Vice President for Research at UTEP; Dr. Nichole S. Prescott, Director of Student Success at E3 Alliance and Tina Dozier, ELL/Dual Language Director at Leander ISD at the Texas Association of Bilingual Education Conference October 21, 2016.
Working together, we can make powerful changes in systems that serve ELLs. E3 ExcELL™, a roadmap for systems change created through multi-institution collaboration, is a highly successful and powerful tool to create educational systemic alignment in order to better serve ELL students. Using ExcELL™ as our vehicle, we will examine system-wide change throughout the educator pipeline, by addressing pre-service and in-service professional development as well as improving systems in our schools.
